Frequently Asked Questions

We'll provide everything you need, but if you have a favorite journal or pen feel free to bring it. We'll offer snacks, tea, water, and coffee. 


For most of our workshops you can miss a session and it won't impact your experience too much - although we encourage participants to try to attend all sessions. However, both sessions of the Financial Fitness workshops are equally important so we ask that you only register for that course if you are able to attend the workshop in its entirety. 


We can issue a refund (minus the credit card processing fee) in the event of a cancellation with at least 48 hours notice before the first class in a series. A 50% refund will be given if a cancellation is received between 24 - 48 hours notice. No refunds will be issued if a cancellation is received within 24 hours of the commencement of the class. If you need to cancel please email us at hello@intruealignment.com to let us know. 


Yes, from time to time we will host our content virtually via zoom.
